Located in Pelican Bay, right on the ocean with views of St. Martin. There is a path to the beach which has exceptional snorkeling.

As you enter into the villa, past the lush gardens and tranquil fountain, ceiling to floor windows invite jaw-dropping ocean views into every room of the home.

The design of the home is sophisticated and contemporary. Built by an award winning developer in Chicago, the clean-crisp lines are pleasing to the eye. The generous great room surrounds you in glass bringing the water views and lush garden in. It has multiple seating areas, plus a dining room, perfect for entertaining or reading a good book. A European style kitchen is fully equipped with flat-panel, white lacquer cabinets, and cool sea foam countertops with premium appliances.

The second floor of the villa comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms including 2 Master Suites which have the additional luxury of walk-in closets and balconies. All bedrooms look over the ocean, allowing the view to be the best painting in the room.

Outdoors, the terrace runs the full length of the villa. Enjoy the bi-level pools, kiddie pool sunning lounge chairs and Jacuzzi spa. Grab your snorkel equipment and enjoy the beach right beside the villa. A covered outdoor dining pavilion off the kitchen has a built-in barbecue grill by Viking for ocean side dining for eight.

The decor is decidedly rustic, combining Saltillo tile floors with rough plastered walls, heavy wood beams, Mexican pottery and furnishings hand crafted from Asian hardwoods.

The air conditioned Master Bedroom suite, with its solid oak floors, occupies the entire second level. French glass doors open onto a large balcony, ideal for lounging, sunbathing or, in the evening, taking in the lights of St. Martin.
The cabana which is located off pool deck and furnished with fullsize sofabed, shower and toilet.
Enjoy your favorite dish in the comfortable surroundings of the Dining Room or on the Terrace. A fully equipped Kitchen will accommodate the most discerning chef.
The villa is 60ft from the beach with a barrier reef a mile off shore that protects the area from large waves and provides an eco-system rich in marine life.

Although centrally located and not far from many popular beaches and restaurants Fletch’s Cove is set in quiet, private surroundings. The sound of surf, wind and the occasional Zenaida (turtle dove) are likely to be your only disturbances.

Dining

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in Kú’s lively beachfront restaurant, open from 7:30 a.m.-10:00 p.m.

Breakfast is offered from 7:30-10:00 a.m. and includes fresh juices and fruit, eggs, breads, muffins and rolls, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Continental breakfast can be served in the guest suite.

Lunch, from 11:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m., offers sandwiches, salads, barbecued chicken, fish or hamburgers and a selection of other menu items. Sunday lunch is especially festive with a local band playing. Picnic lunches can be prepared for land and sea day trips.

Dinner features Caribbean cuisine with a French twist and is served from 6:30-10:00 p.m.

The bar, open from 11:00 a.m.-10:00 pm.—or longer—is Anguilla’s longest bar at 75 ft. and is connected to the restaurant. A popular and unusual oasis for guests and visitors alike, it is double sided so that service is provided from both the beach and from the hotel side. Snacks are available.

Situated near the beach in The Valley, Ku Hotel is close to Shoal Bay Beach and Savanna Bay Beach.

The junior suites have a spacious living and sleeping areas with a small kitchen. The covered balcony has great views of the Caribbean Sea. The luxurious bathroom is lined with black granite and has a Whirlpool.

The suites are located in the middle of our lush and tropical garden. There is one suite with 3 bedrooms and two with 2 bedrooms. All suites have a fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom. Daily housekeeping service is undertaken by our housekeepers. Laundry at an additional cost.

Around 2,500 ft, located in the Terrace on the bluff overlooking Turtle Cove beach with small lounge between 2 large bedrooms each with marbled bathroom, covered patio and outdoor terrace.

6 Junior Suites

1,700 ft, located in the Terrace which is on the bluff overlooking Turtle Cove beach. Comprise large lobby, bedroom, marbled bathroom, patio and outdoor terrace.

Hotel Cap Juluca

Situated on the southwest coast of Anguilla and overlooking the mountains of St. Maarten only seven miles away, Cap Juluca is perched on 179 acres of land and inland waters. On Wednesday, once the sun beds down for the night, we invite you to join our culinary team as they prepare a variety of fresh dishes. Manned carving and grill stations will allow you to enjoy your dishes precisely the way you like them. And live entertainment will help you connect to the rhythm of the islands. We invite you to dig your toes in the sand while dining under the stars.
