Quick answer
Marie Albert Furniture's reputation has been severely damaged by multiple accounts of unmet expectations and broken promises. The business model appears to involve taking significant deposits or full payments for furniture without fulfilling orders in a timely manner, if at all. The combination of poor quality merchandise, unresponsive management, and apparent disregard for customer satisfaction has resulted in what appears to be a business that UK travellers and residents should approach with extreme caution, if at all.
