“The banking hours and procedures need to be upgraded to accommodate the rise in buisness. The ATM machine are always down or out of money especially on the weekends. They do not have Holiday hours or have more than 3 tellers mostl of the time attending to customers. They need a buisness and express line to assist their customers from the long wait. I hope sooner than later they consider Saturday half day hours because their lack of customer service causes frustration in the daily operation.”
