In their own words

I love going to Grand Case Beach Club! I celebrated my 50th birthday there with 25 of my friends! The hotel is about a 30 min drive from the airport and about $40-50 for a taxi depending on traffic; however, it's best to rent a car. The rooms are well-appointed, and the beach is no longer than a 10-second walk from your room. The full kitchen allows you to enjoy breakfast from your balcony; just pick up some staple items from Super U, which is a 5-min drive from the resort in the next village over, Hope Estate. Housekeeping was a little slow on days, but they cleaned our room by 2pm at least. Understandable as the hotel was sold out during my stay. The food at Sunrise Cafe is delicious as are the drinks! Creole Water Sports provided excellent service for water activities. The village of Grand Case is a 10-min walk with numerous restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping, everything from fine dining to casual. I appreciated that no contract was required for my 15‑room block, but the reservation process had several inconsistencies. Although I had 14 confirmed rooms, I was told the final room was no longer available just days before release, forcing one guest to book elsewhere despite the resort being sold out. I could have used that room for my friend. Communication was difficult—I had to request the rooming list multiple times before receiving a complete version. Several guests also waited days for confirmation emails, leaving them unsure whether their reservations were secured. Online booking would greatly improve the experience, rather than the antiquated back and forth of a PDF document. One room assignment lacked thoughtful consideration. I had requested a two‑bedroom for a group of three, yet it was given to a solo traveler, leaving the trio in a smaller loft and charged an additional fee for a third guest. A simple swap would have made their stay far more comfortable. The suites are lovely, and I appreciated the environmentally friendly large toiletry bottles. Adding magnifying mirrors would be helpful. I was slightly disappointed that no amenity was extended for my 50th birthday, especially after coordinating 14 additional reservations, hosting an event at Moonrise Lounge, and the amount of revenue those guests provided—small gestures often define a stay. I also noticed and appreciated meaningful improvements over the years, such as the shuttle service and fresh water filters throughout the property. Lastly, the website could be improved with including exact amenities; it did not say that the the suites include safes. Also I noticed that some guests had cards for their rooms and some had bracelets. This was not clear on the website either. Overall, Grand Case Beach Club is a lovely boutique resort, and my experience would not deter me from visiting again. It's charming with a relaxed and friendly French Caribbean vibe. I highly recommend!

We stayed at Grand Case Beach Club for a week in June with our two sons (11 and 8), and it was one of the best family vacations we’ve had. The resort is in a fantastic location – with only about a 10-minute walk to the restaurants in Grand Case. The two beaches right on the property were incredible. The water was clear, calm, and exactly what you picture when you think of the Caribbean. It was a great place to swim, snorkel, and relax. We stayed in a one-bedroom unit with a loft, and it had a ton of room for the four of us. The full kitchen, two bathrooms, and large balcony made it feel more like a condo than a hotel room, which was perfect a week-long stay. The staff was outstanding from the moment we arrived. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care that we had a great vacation. Sunset Cafe was another highlight. We ended up eating there several times because the French food, service and views were outstanding If you’re looking for a quiet, upscale place to stay with calm beaches, spacious accommodations, and easy access to some of the best restaurants on the island (and in the Caribbean), Grand Case Beach Club is tough to beat. We will definitely be back!

⭐Exceptional Stay at Grand Case Beach Club⭐ Our stay at Grand Case Beach Club was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The location is spectacular, with a beautiful private beach, crystal-clear water, and incredible views of the Caribbean. The combination of beautiful surroundings, relaxed atmosphere, excellent service, and the perfect location in Grand Case really stood out. Everything felt peaceful and authentic while still being close to some of the best restaurants and experiences on St. Martin. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, and we truly felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our visit. This is the kind of place where you immediately start thinking about when you can come back. Grand Case Beach Club exceeded our expectations in every way. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. Martin. We will definitely be back! 🌴☀️🌊 5 stars without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What a hotel. Grand Case has 2 beaches, both stunning. In between is large rocks where you can snorkel. At night, the lights shine on the rocks and you can see tarpon feeding. The pool over looks both beaches and is beautiful. Our room was a 2 bedroom unit over 2 floors. The upstairs bedroom had a large balcony with incredible views. We only had 4 in the unit, but it can sleep 6. 1200sq ft. Highly reccomend. It has a full kitchen and sitting areas, which makes it feel more like a home than a hotel. They give you a $5credit to the Cafe if you dont use housekeeping. The day we did need housekeeping, they didnt come until 2pm. Overall, great location and place. Its 10 mins from Orient beach and 3 mins from downtown.
