In their own words
“Not the most friendly or welcoming staff. Aurora’s staff were better. Be careful not to double tip. They add the tip in the bill and when they charge you, they ask for tip again especially if you use a card. It was an afternoon snack, we ordered the sandwich del lomo and squid ink seafood pasta. The sandwich was good, steak cooked well and the whole sandwich was flavorful with crunch from the fried potato chips. The bread could be much better. It was not a sandwich you can grab and eat. Pasta was ok with a kick and seafood was fresh. Shrimp was grilled well. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating with view of the beach. But if you want a dine on the beach experience, Aurora C Level has better sand and better view. Can’t say if food is better since I went on a Lobster bbq buffet night, so not a fair comparison.”
“Our favorite meal we had on our 8 day trip to Anguilla! I think about the ceviche regularly. It was so fresh and the best I’ve had. The lomo saltado was also probably the best I’ve ever had. Yummy cocktails. Only thing that took away from a perfect dinner was the dirty look a waitress gave us when asking to move tables to get away from the loud speaker that was a couple inches from our ears. The couple had had finished eating and no one was waiting for a table so I’m not sure what the issue was, but it was rude and uncalled for. Otherwise, incredibly gorgeous setting with phenomenal food.”
“My husband and I can’t stop talking about how good Uchu was. We have been to lots of restaurants on the island and this is by far the best one we have dined in. The staff was impeccable as well! We can’t wait to go back!”
“A go-to every time we visit Anguilla. The service truly stands out among any restaurant we’ve tried on the island—warm, attentive, and friendly. The ceviches are incredible, easily some of the best we’ve ever had.”
